Although EFT, NLP, and Hypnosis appear to have promising mental, spiritual, and physical benefits, they have yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities and therefore, are still considered experimental.  The methods are self-regulated and still considered “Alternative” or “Complementary” to the healing arts that are licensed in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and many other countries throughout the world.

If you are unhappy at any point with the treatment, course or programme, you must inform us immediately so your concerns can be addressed.

Cancellation policy for Training:

Cancellations made with over 28 days notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 – 28 days prior to a training will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a training will not receive a refund. If you wish to transfer your booking to a future course this will be subject to a £50 administration fee (a minimum of 28 days notice is required).

Please note the training goes ahead subject to a minimum number of participants. If for any reason it doesn’t go ahead, you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation policy for Treatments and programmes:

if you need to change my appointment time you are asked to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48-hour notice is given,  you will be charged the full fee for the session.

If a payment plan has been agreed upon, you will be held accountable for completing the agreed payments at the agreed times. The outstanding payment requires to be paid 48 hours prior to the actual appointment. If there is an outstanding payment, any upcoming sessions will be suspended with immediate effect until payment is made in full.

All fees and products and services purchased are non-refundable. 

SSMC membership:

The enrolment is a minimum of 6 months subscription. You are agreeing to a monthly payment commitment of a minimum of 6 months. Any material provided before/during/after the course belongs to Eda Hardy and is to only be used by the client as an individual. It can not be shared with other individuals. When you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the portal or the Facebook group.

Once you complete a minimum of 6 months of membership, you have an option to stay or leave the membership. If you leave the membership, all of your access will be removed and you won’t be able to rejoin the membership in the future. Before you leave the membership, you can download all your answers and take them with you. However, any material provided before/during/after the membership period belongs to me and can not be shared with non-members.

If you decide to cancel your monthly or Annual membership (after the 6 months have passed), you need to do so with a written notice sent to me eda@masteryourfuture.co.uk a minimum of 30 days before your next payment date. Cancelling your membership from your account does not mean you will stop being charged. We will cancel your membership on the date when your next recurring payment would have been made and revoke your access from the membership area, WhatsApp groups and Facebook group. 

The membership portal consists of a variety of video training, PDFs, bonuses and recordings. By entering the area through your paid membership, you agree that all the content inside is solely meant for your personal use and you do not have any rights to download it, share it, transfer it or reproduce it unless you have Eda Hardy’s written consent. This includes all content from the private Facebook group (The Spiritual Self Mastery Club) and the membership portal. 

In addition, when you book any services and products from me, you will do so subject to the Terms and Conditions on my website. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. You accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions current at the time when you book.

Refund/Cancellation policy
